I'm a recent graduate from the Michael G. Foster School of Business at the University of Washington where I specialized in information systems and marketing. This fall I started my masters program, Master of Science in Information Management with a specialization in user experience, through the Information School at the University of Washington. In the future, I envision myself working in UX, providing users with seamless, equitable, and accessible digital experiences.

Artist - Leavenworth Village Art in the Park

Leavenworth, WA

  • Managed personal art booth at Leavenworth, Washington's weekly art show and was responsible for making prints, setting up an art exhibition, and promoting artwork to reach a larger audience.
  • Created and sold art at art shows across the state, online, and completed commission pieces for clients.

  • Conducted end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research studies, providing actionable recommendations that influenced design and marketing strategies for a new customer facing cybersecurity product.
  • Led four UX research studies that influenced product launches, strategy, and helped teams understand user perspectives through cognitive walkthroughs, usability testing, and semi-structured interviews.
  • Conducted user interviews with Whitepages’ customers across three major industries; identifying user pain points and learning how to streamline, optimize, and improve user workflows.
  • Utilized UX research frameworks such as user personas, journey maps, user stories, and empathy maps to synthesize data and research findings.

The Great UX Race Hackathon, Best Overall Design

May 2021
  • Took 1st place out of 50 teams in the “Great UX Race”, an annual hackathon hosted by UX@UW and DubsTech.
  • Prototyped a mobile application, created user stories, user personas, wireframes, stakeholder maps, and a user flow diagram.

WWU Diversity Poster Contest Winner

May 2017
  • Entered and won Western Washington University's annual campus-wide Diversity Poster Contest.
  • Created a design to represent the year's theme: Share the Stage. Poster was displayed throughout campus for the 2017-2018 school year.
